  • Dogs & Cats Welcome   
  • 50lb Max Weight Restriction   
  • 2-Pet Maximum 
  • Shot & Vaccination Records Required 
  • 1 Pet: $350 Deposit ($250 Refundable) 
  • 2 Pets: $600 Deposit ($450 Refundable) 
  • Monthly Pet Rent $20 per Pet
